A solista da CON:PASS e ex-participante da segunda temporada do Showdown, Song Hanhee realiza o seu debut com seu primeiro mini-álbum chamado The Demoness Under Your Bed, em pleno Halloween! O projeto é composto por quatro faixas, dentre elas a title track Angel. O álbum explora uma sonoridade dark pop que ao mesmo tempo que é macabro, ainda é dançante. Todas as músicas contam com a produção de Lee Junghoon, que também produz as músicas dos grupos RAVEN e B.Moon. Song Hanhee participou da composição das faixas, que falam sobre o ser diabólico que habita seu corpo.
01. The Demoness
A introdução do projeto carrega parte do título do mini-álbum: The Demoness. A música traz uma narrativa sob o ponto de vista de um demônio nascido da escuridão que vaga pelo mundo a procura de uma pessoa para realizar uma possessão. A sonoridade proposta aqui é quase teatral, aprofundando-se no dark pop de uma forma inovadora.

02. Angel
A title track entra no projeto como a segunda faixa. Angel é uma música não-linear, trazendo diversas nuances de ritmos entre uma parte e outra. A música é bastante macabra, e ainda dançante. Hanhee parece constantemente rezar para que seu anjo da guarda a proteja ou a salve da escuridão e do mau que se aproxima. Em alguns momentos, parece que as falas são do demônio, e não da cantora, como se ele lentamente estivesse conseguindo possuí-la.

03. Show Up
A terceira faixa é Show Up, uma música onde Hanhee fala sobre o seu sonho de ser uma idol e conta que sua vida nunca foi tão fácil pois ela precisou batalhar muito para chegar aonde está hoje, e agora que finalmente está aqui não vai morrer na praia. A necessidade de aprovação que a artista mostra no decorrer dos versos é fiel aos seus sentimentos, visto que após ter passado tanto sofrimento, o mínimo que ela espera é reconhecimento. A música se distancia do macabro de Angel e passa a explorar uma sonoridade mais dançante.

A faixa que finaliza o mini-álbum é Bitten Apple, uma referência ao fruto do pecado. Como se fosse a própria cobra que induziu Adão e Eva, Hanhee canta sobre seduzir o seu parceiro romântico a morder a maçã e pecar, chantageando-o com seu próprio amor. A música é a mais agitada de todas as quatro e conta com alguns high notes que mostram a potência vocal da idol.
