A quinta faixa é a primeira ballad do album. Em "Who Held The Gun?" Genevive traz o questionamento sobre de quem seria a culpa do fim dessa relação tóxica e problemática. Ela faz a analogia entre o fim desse amor doentio com um assassinato.
